This is an unique opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to be part of a fast-moving start up as part of Cohesive TV's media partnership team. You will be responsible for Media Partner Business Development and Management including ongoing deal support and execution; strategic analysis and research; various special projects that span over various areas of the business. The level of work you'll do is only limited by your capabilities.

* Deep knowledge and experience in media, news and entertainment landscape
* Exceptional understanding of new media and online space
* Strong strategic background; comfort tackling a wide array of projects with rigor and analysis

* To solicit new business, sell special sections, pages, e-commerce, Internet and features.

* Prepare and process contracts, credit memos, layout orders, art requests and a variety of other associated paperwork to ensure the customer's advertising needs are met in a timely Resolve any outstanding issues that may arise.

Cohesive TV is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us define the future of the product. Your job will be to define features for the Cohesive TV services and to work with the Engineering team to launch those features to the world. You will determine what makes features great and, together with Engineering, how great features are successfully released.

* Define products and feature sets for Cohesive TV services
* Work closely with Engineering to develop product functionality
* Work closely with Customer Support to solve issues
* Inform product decisions through user and market research
* Analyze and report product success

* 3+ years of product management experience
* Experience managing web-based software products
* Strong grasp of user-experience design
* Great project-management skills
* Excellent written communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrated experience in gathering design requirements into a product vision.
* Demonstrated ability to work with a team to rapidly produce prototypes and Iterations.
